• A Maths Teaching Assistant should be passionate about helping students through mentoring and teaching.
• If a Maths Teaching Assistant has child-facing experience/experience with behaviour management, it would be advantageous
• A Maths Teaching Assistant should be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities
• A good work ethic and exemplary subject knowledge are mandatory for this Maths Teaching Assistant role.
