Join a welcoming school in Bexley as a Music Intervention Support Assistant, helping students engage with a brand-new music programme while providing vital support across the school environment. The school is part of an Outstanding two-school trust and is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station.

Music Intervention Support Assistant | What’s on Offer:
  • £444–£513 per week (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE.
  • Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
  • An exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a new school-wide music programme.
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who benefit from additional support.
  • Fantastic experience for aspiring educators or those pursuing a future in SEN or music-based pathways.
Music Intervention Support Assistant | The Role
  • Support students across the school, with a particular focus on Upper Key Stage 2 pupils engaging in a newly introduced violin programme.
  • Assist in delivering structured music interventions that boost confidence, concentration, and creativity.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning profiles.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team to ensure every child can thrive.
Music Intervention Support Assistant | Who Are We Looking For?
  • A proactive, adaptable, and outgoing graduate with a genuine passion for music.
  • Someone eager to support children with a wide range of needs.
  • Experience playing the violin is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a UK university.
