Nursery Practitioner | Redbridge | Immediate Start
Salary: Up to £33,400 per annum
Hours/Shifts: 36 hours (8am–6pm over 4 days) or 45 hours (8am–6pm over 5 days)
Location: Redbridge, London

Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead educators in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support
- Take part in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Early Years Qualification – EYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more, the better!)
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
- Competitive salary up to £33,400 per annum
- Choice of 4-day or 5-day working week (36 or 45 hours)
