Nurture Teacher – What the Role InvolvesYou'll plan and deliver engaging lessons while creating a calm, predictable learning environment where pupils feel safe to learn. Working closely with families, therapists and Teaching Assistants, you'll support pupils' academic, emotional and social development through relationship-led practice.
Nurture Teacher – What the School is Looking For The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience teaching Primary-aged pupils. Previous experience within SEMH, SEND or nurture settings would be advantageous, although compassionate mainstream teachers looking to specialise are encouraged to apply.
