As a Performing Arts Graduate, you will:

  • Lead small groups of high-attaining pupils to support academic and creative development

  • Work closely with teachers to manage behaviour and implement effective classroom strategies

  • Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents through excellent communication

This Performing Arts Graduate role is ideal for a graduate from a Top 20 UK University with a background in performing arts or a related field. Previous experience working with children or supporting performing arts in an educational setting is highly beneficial.
