Physics Subject Lead – Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Physics across KS3, KS4, and A-Level.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a passion for Physics.
• Support students in achieving excellent results – the school offers Triple Science at GCSE and Physics at A-Level.
• Work collaboratively with experienced and dedicated colleagues in a well-equipped department.
• Contribute to curriculum development and staff training.

 
Physics Subject Lead – Requirements

• QTS (or equivalent) with a strong Physics background.
• Experience teaching Physics up to A-Level.
• Leadership potential or prior experience in a leadership role.
• A passion for inspiring students and maintaining high standards.
