• Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)

• Follow curriculum plans and contribute to pupil progress and attainment
  
  
• Liaise effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistent support
  
  
• Assist with physical, emotional and academic needs of pupils
  
  
• Work flexibly within a large, collaborative school setting in Barking & Dagenham
  
  

Ideal PMLD Support Assistant applicants will:

• Hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
  
  
• Have previous experience working with PMLD or SEND pupils
  
  
• Be confident, proactive, and supportive in a classroom environment
  
  
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff
