This PMLD Support Assistant role includes:

- Assist with physical, emotional and academic needs of pupils
- Work flexibly within a large, collaborative school setting in Barking & Dagenham
- Hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
- Have previous experience working with PMLD or SEND pupils
- Be confident, proactive, and supportive in a classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff
- Demonstrate adaptability, creativity, and a strong team ethic
- Be passionate about inclusive education in Barking & Dagenham
