As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from regular mentoring, collaborative planning with experienced teachers, and a culture that values the development of every Primary ECT. We understand that starting out as a Primary ECT can be both exciting and challenging, so we prioritise guidance, wellbeing, and professional growth for each Primary ECT in our team.
The successful Primary ECT will be enthusiastic about inspiring young learners, committed to high standards, and eager to develop their practice. Every Primary ECT in our school is supported through high-quality CPD, coaching, and opportunities to learn from outstanding practitioners.
