What’s on offer:
- Up to £51,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Term-time only, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30
- Permanent contract
- Start date: January 2026

About the role
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons for pupils aged 5–11
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with autism and complex learning profiles
- Create a calm, consistent and purposeful learning environment
- Use assessment and observation to track progress and guide personalised support
- Work closely with therapists, leaders and support staff to ensure each child receives the right provision
About you
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent)
- Confident communicating with pupils with autism and additional needs
- Warm, patient and committed to building trusting relationships
- Able to work creatively and adaptively, using a range of approaches
- Keen to contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
