SEN Primary Teacher | Bromley | January Start

What’s on offer:
  • Up to £51,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

  • Term-time only, 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30

  • Permanent contract

About the role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons for pupils aged 5–11

  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with autism and complex learning profiles

  • Create a calm, consistent and purposeful learning environment

  • Use assessment and observation to track progress and guide personalised support

  • Work closely with therapists, leaders and support staff to ensure each child receives the right provision

About you
  • Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent)

  • Confident communicating with pupils with autism and additional needs

  • Warm, patient and committed to building trusting relationships

  • Able to work creatively and adaptively, using a range of approaches

  • Keen to contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
