Primary Teacher (EYFS/KS1) – English Literature & Language Specialist (Epping) Join the Founding Team of a New Pre‑Preparatory School in Epping An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with English Literature and Language specialism to join the founding team of a brand‑new pre‑preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with English Literature and Language specialism who is passionate about story, language, expression, and the formative power of early literacy.

As a Primary Teacher with English Literature and Language specialism, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, rich vocabulary, thoughtful teaching, and a deep respect for childhood. You will bring stories, poetry, early composition, and spoken language to life, nurturing confident young communicators within a beautifully ordered environment.

  Who We’re Looking For - We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with English Literature and Language specialism who:
  • Holds QTS with a First-Class or 2:1 degree in English Literature or Language

  • Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or pre‑preparatory settings

  • Understands early language development deeply
