A primary school in Wandsworth is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. This role is ideal for graduates or those with experience in education who are interested in teaching or supporting children’s learning and development.

 
You will help pupils with reading, writing, numeracy, and broader classroom activities, ensuring they gain confidence and achieve their potential.

 
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support, help run small group interventions, and assist teachers in delivering lessons. You will support pupils’ learning, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

 
Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in lessons and during focused study sessions
• Running small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects
• Providing one-to-one guidance and targeted support
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resources

• A UK undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field
