- Provide tailored support to a pupil with additional learning, social or emotional needs
- Implement strategies that promote confidence, independence and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the SENCo, class teacher and external specialists
- Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the pupil you support
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and nurturing school environment
Academic Requirements To be considered, applicants must hold:
- Strong GCSE and A‑Level results
- A 2:1 or First‑Class degree in Psychology (or closely related field)
- A genuine interest in child development, SEN and behaviour
