This dynamic and inclusive Primary School in New Addington are looking for a resilient and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. If you're planning a career as a Counsellor, Educational Psychologist or Teacher, this role offers valuable frontline experience.

Psychology Graduate (ASC and ADHD Support) | Key Information

• £18,500-£19,500 starting salary | £95-£100 per day | £475-£500 per week | Paid weekly on a PAYE basis
• Full-time, term-time role for the full academic year
• Supporting pupils aged 4-11 with Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
• Located in New Addington, Croydon
• Ideal for Psychology Graduates (2:2 or above) with long-term career ambitions in mental health or education
• Contract extensions and permanent roles available from September 2026

Psychology Graduate (ASC and ADHD Support) | What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering targeted interventions and classroom support to children with SEND who require extra support
• Helping students overcome emotional and behavioural barriers to learning
• Supporting the planning and delivery of bespoke learning activities
• Tracking progress and contributing to assessments
• Building positive relationships with students and families
