About the Role | Psychology Graduate:
As a working as a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll:

• Support students with autism in both one-to-one and small group settings
• Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and support staff
• Help create a structured, nurturing environment for students to grow in confidence and ability

 
What We’re Looking For:

• A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher (Russell Group university)
• Patient, organised, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach
• Able to take initiative and communicate effectively
• Ideally confident with IT
