About the Role | Psychology Graduate:
As a working as a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll:
- Support students with autism in both one-to-one and small group settings
- Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and support staff
- Help create a structured, nurturing environment for students to grow in confidence and ability
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher (Russell Group university)
- Patient, organised, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach
- Able to take initiative and communicate effectively
- Ideally confident with IT
