As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with autism and additional needs in both one-to-one and small group sessions
- Work alongside class teachers, the SENDCo and support staff to deliver tailored support
- Help create a nurturing and structured environment where children can build confidence and reach their potential
- A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
- Patient, empathetic, organised, and adaptable in your approach
- A strong communicator with the ability to use initiative
- Confident with IT would be an advantage
- Be part of a warm, supportive, and diverse primary school community with a strong SEND focus
- Gain hands-on experience working with children with additional needs
- Receive excellent training, mentoring and ongoing guidance from experienced staff
- Build a solid foundation for future study or careers in psychology, teaching, or therapy
