What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children and young adults with behavioural, emotional, and mental health challenges
- Working alongside SENCOs and educational staff to deliver tailored interventions

- Building rapport and developing trust with students to create a safe and supportive environment
- A Psychology graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
- Strong understanding of Psychological theory and interest in behavioural support
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

- Previous experience in a support, mentoring, or care role
