Psychology Graduate – Hounslow – November 2025 Start
Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: November 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: Minimum £444 per week (PAYE)

The Role:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring extra support
- Assist with learning activities, lesson plans, and individual support plans
- Encourage confidence, independence, and communication skills
- Support classroom staff in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Hours: 08:30–15:30 with a 30-minute break
We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
- Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Some experience with children or young people is helpful but not essential
- Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to apply for one
