Psychology Graduate – Southwark – Immediate Start
Are you a recent Psychology Graduate looking to take your first step into education? Have you discovered a passion for inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts?
Us at Ribbons & Reeves are here to help you achieve that goal as we are working alongside a high-achieving Secondary School based in Southwark that is looking to bring in a Psychology Graduate to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately.
Psychology Graduate – Salary and Contract:
• £450min a week with holiday pay included, on a long-term basis
• Contract term: Immediate start – July 2026
• Potential to progress into a teacher training position from September 2026
Psychology Graduate – Key Responsibilities:
• Providing 1:1 and small group academic support to help raise attainment
• Collaborating with Teachers and the Head of Department to deliver engaging digital learning experiences
• Helping to plan and run coding clubs or STEM enrichment activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils while promoting curiosity and creativity in technology
Psychology Graduate – What the School Offers:
• A full-time, long-term role in a high-achieving Secondary School in Southwark
• A clear route into teacher training or educational support careers
• Opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop essential teaching skills
