We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join a supportive specialist school community in Havering, London. About the Psychology Graduate Role As a Psychology Graduate, you will work as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist primary school for children with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, including autism. The Psychology Graduate will collaborate with teachers and therapists to support communication, behaviour and individual learning needs, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment.

- Contribute creative ideas to classroom activities, sensory projects and school events
- Warm, approachable and able to build strong rapport with children
- Enthusiastic, motivational and confident in encouraging pupil engagement
- Creative and imaginative, enhancing learning through engaging activities
- A welcoming, supportive staff team
- Training alongside Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists and Therapeutic Practitioners
- Opportunities to contribute to school enrichment, events and creative projects
