The Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging A Level Psychology lessons.
• Foster a positive classroom environment, building strong relationships with students.
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and ensure student progress.
• Support all learners, especially those who are vulnerable, to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with families, providing regular updates on student progress.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
• Uphold high standards in safeguarding, behaviour, and student well-being.

 
Requirements:

• QTS (or equivalent) and a good honours degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• At least two years of experience teaching at the secondary level.
• A passion for Psychology and a strong understanding of the subject curriculum.
• Highly organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to motivate students and contribute to a strong team ethos.
