- Manage telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Oversee the day-to-day running of reception and administrative duties
- Act as the school’s Medical Lead, providing first aid and managing student medical plans
- Maintain accurate medical and attendance records in line with safeguarding procedures
- Liaise with parents, staff and external health professionals regarding student wellbeing
- Support wider school operations, events and daily logistics as needed
- Warm, professional and highly organised individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, front-of-house or healthcare setting desirable
- Current First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to complete training)
- A proactive approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
