- Degree in Religious Studies, Sociology, Theology, or a related discipline
- Previous experience supporting young people desirable (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, youth groups, or community projects)
- Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
- A patient, proactive graduate who is passionate about education and young people’s development
