Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students across KS3 and KS4 in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics
- Deliver focused 1:1 and small group tuition sessions to reinforce scientific knowledge and exam readiness
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify learning gaps and adapt support accordingly
- Assist with lesson preparation, resources, and progress monitoring
- Contribute to a positive and aspirational learning environment
- A recent Science graduate (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) from a leading university
- Passionate about education and eager to pursue a career in teaching
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a collaborative team
- Prior experience supporting young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is advantageous
