Contract: October 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)

Are you an ambitious Science Graduate Teaching Assistant looking to become a Science Teacher?
An ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Tower Hamlets, that consistently achieves some of the highest GCSE and A-Level results in the country, is seeking a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across the Science department.
As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with pupils in KS3 to KS5, providing classroom assistance, subject-specific intervention, and academic mentoring. You’ll also support learners with SEN, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement in Science.

- Providing in-class support in Science lessons
- Running 1:1 and group interventions for underachieving students
- Helping with lesson resources, planning, and marking
- Supporting students with SEND or EAL backgrounds
Science Graduate Teaching Assistant with | We’re looking for
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a Science subject from a Top 10 UK University
- Outstanding academic record, including excellent A-Level and GCSE results
- Confidence in supporting A-Level Science students
- A genuine interest in education and social development
- Commitment from September 2025 to July 2026
