Are you a compassionate, resilient Graduate seeking experience in supporting vulnerable individuals? Are you passionate about helping children overcome challenges and succeed in education?

We are looking for a SEMH Specialists to join our dedicated team and work directly with pupils who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This classroom-based role is your opportunity to make a real difference, providing consistent emotional and behavioural support in a nurturing educational environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Offering tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs within a primary classroom setting.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive choices and self-regulation.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional and social development.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
  • Monitoring progress and adapting interventions to meet individual needs.

  • A strong understanding of the challenges facing children with SEMH needs.
