The school provides specialist education for pupils with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Conditions, many of whom have additional complex needs that are addressed through tailored educational and therapeutic strategies.
All pupils have an EHCP, and the school employs a structured approach incorporating ASC-specific teaching programmes. The school features subject-specific classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring an optimal learning environment.

SEN Teacher | Role Overview:
- Teach a mixed class of 8 children in EYFS-KS2 with Autism
- Lead a team of three Teaching Assistants to provide focused and personalised support
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each child’s development
- Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to develop students’ skills and well-being
- Make a positive impact on children’s academic and social progress, encouraging confidence and independence
- Supportive school committed to fostering each child’s growth and development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN Teaching
- Compassionate and patient individual with a strong understanding of Autism and communication needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Permanent, Full-time role
- Outer London M1-M6 + SEN Allowance
