The Role of an SEN Teacher & Requirements:

• Plan and deliver engaging and accessible lessons for students with SEND.
• Differentiate lessons to support a range of learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualised support.
• Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in SEND settings.
• A passion for working with students with additional needs.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and behaviour management skills.
