Your Key Responsibilities as a SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting children across EYFS and KS1 with a range of SEND including speech and language difficulties, ASD, and developmental delays
- Adapt classroom materials to suit diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
- Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
We’re Looking for in a SEND Teaching Assistant:
- A 1st Class Psychology Graduate from a top UK university
- A genuine passion for SEN and child development
- Strong communication, resilience, and empathy
- Previous experience with children or young people, ideally in a school or childcare setting
