SEN Teaching Assistant – Year 2 (1:1 Support)
Location: NW10, Brent
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

The Role
- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with SEN and mild autism.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
- Support the child’s learning, communication, and social development both inside and outside the classroom.
- Encourage independence while offering emotional and academic support.
- Adapt activities and resources to meet the pupil’s individual needs.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, is highly desirable.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Enthusiastic and committed to helping children achieve their best.
