SEN Teaching Assistant | Brent, London | Immediate start

 
Are you a psychology graduate with a passion for supporting young people with additional needs?

 
Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive and ambitious school immediately.

 
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have special educational needs
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
 
We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant who:
  • Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
  • Is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shows patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
