Ideal profile for a SEND Learning Facilitator:

• Recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Criminology, or related subject
• Prior experience working with vulnerable children or young people (desirable)
• Patient, calm, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
• Committed to supporting young people facing barriers to education
• Able to commit to a full-time SEND Learning Facilitator role in Ealing
