The Role As a SEND TA, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support to students with SEND
  
  
• Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility
  
  
• Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team
  
  
• Build strong, positive relationships with students
  
  
• Support behaviour, engagement and confidence in the classroom
