- Experience working with children with SEND (MLD/SLD/ASD) or strong passion and willingness to learn as a SEND Teaching Assistant
- Ideally, a recent BSc in Psychology or related qualification
- Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and proactive
- Patient, calm, and adaptable in a challenging environment
- A positive team player who respects and supports each child’s individual learning journey
