A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Hounslow is looking for a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a full-time Learning Support Assistant from October 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is aspiring to build a career in psychology, education, or child development. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting pupils with SEND, enabling them to thrive both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to children with autism and additional needs
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and other support staff to deliver effective interventions
• Help foster a positive, structured environment where children can develop confidence and reach their potential

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
• Patient, empathetic, organised and adaptable in your approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
• Confidence with IT would be an advantage
