- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to children with autism and additional needs
- Collaborate closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and other support staff to deliver effective interventions
- Help foster a positive, structured environment where children can develop confidence and reach their potential
- A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
- Patient, empathetic, organised and adaptable in your approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
- Confidence with IT would be an advantage
- Be part of a welcoming, supportive and diverse school community with a strong commitment to SEND
- Gain invaluable practical experience working directly with children with additional needs
