Secondary SENDCo – Ealing – September 2025 Start

- Oversee and develop the school’s SEND strategy in line with national guidelines
- Work as part of the wider SLT to support inclusion and whole-school improvement
- Hold QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)
- Have significant experience supporting SEND students in a mainstream secondary setting
- Be a strong communicator with leadership qualities and a clear vision for inclusion
- Demonstrate a track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs
