As the SENDCo, you will:
- Lead and manage the school’s SEND provision, ensuring inclusive practice across all subjects and key stages.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support teams and external professionals to identify, assess and meet students’ diverse needs.
- Champion access to learning for pupils with SEND, aligning support with the school’s forward-looking, creative curriculum.
- Develop and deliver impactful training to strengthen staff understanding of effective SEND strategies.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are met and that individual learning plans are high-quality, consistent and ambitious.
- Use data and insight to track progress and evaluate interventions, ensuring all students thrive academically and personally.
