Role Overview | SENDCo:
As the SENDCo, you will:
  • Lead and manage SEN provision, ensuring high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Oversee EHCPs and collaborate with teachers, families, and external agencies.
  • Inspire and support staff to deliver effective, inclusive teaching practices.
  • Develop tailored interventions to meet individual student needs.
