Senior Nursery Practitioner – Redbridge – Immediate Start
Are you an enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking nursery team? Nannie Annies are currently recruiting for Senior Nursery Practitioners to join our Redbridge branches.
Senior Nursery Practitioner – What the role offers:
• A competitive salary of up to £33,400.00 per annum
• Performance-related bonus of up to £2,000.00
• Choice of 36 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days) per week (8am–6pm)
• Up to 32 days holiday entitlement, including 3 days Christmas closure and 1 birthday day off (after probation)
• Full uniform provided
• Daily wellbeing breaks and up to 10 days full sick pay annually
• Regular team celebrations, events and recognition
• Clear career progression and strong internal promotion opportunities
• Free street parking available near both branches
Senior Nursery Practitioner – Key responsibilities:
• Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate, engaging activities for children.
• Fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encouraging children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play and exploration.
• Observing and documenting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to maintain a collaborative approach.
• Adhering to all safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Senior Nursery Practitioner – Ideal candidate:
• Qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Has previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and early learning experiences.
• Holds a valid Enhanced DBS (or is willing to obtain one).
