Key Details | Sixth Form Academic Mentor

• Sixth Form Academic Mentor (Full-Time, Contract)
• Immediate start
• 36 hours per week, term-time
• Initial contract until February, with potential extension to July 2026

 
The Role | Sixth Form Academic Mentor
As a Sixth Form Academic Mentor, you will:

• Support students in developing study skills, independent learning, and time management
• Mentor students and supervise private study session
• Guide students through university applications and personal statements
• Liaise with parents and teaching staff to support academic and personal wellbeing
• Contribute to enrichment programs and assist with the EPQ
• Support students at risk of disengaging to stay motivated and achieve their potential

 
Qualifications | Sixth Form Academic Mentor

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a top 20 UK university
• Confident and capable of working effectively with Sixth Form students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and support students academically and personally
