Specialist Learning Assistant - ARP | Barnet | Immediate Start
A well-resourced one-form entry primary school in Barnet is seeking an experienced Specialist Learning Assistant to join its ARP immediately.
This rewarding opportunity is ideal for a Specialist Learning Assistant with a passion for supporting children, particularly those with autism, ADHD, speech and communication difficulties, or who are non-verbal.
The successful Specialist Learning Assistant will work alongside experienced staff to deliver individualised support. This role is ideal for a Specialist Learning Assistant with prior experience in a SEN school or supporting SEND pupils in mainstream settings.
Location: Barnet
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £444 per week (PAYE) minimum (6.5-hours workday)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

- Assist with personal care and use of sensory strategies
Specialist Learning Assistant Role | You Will Need:
- 2:1 or above in a UK BSc or BA Psychology degree
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
