Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify pupils with speech and language needs
- Develop and deliver targeted therapy sessions (1:1 and group-based)
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Train and support school staff in communication-friendly approaches
- Contribute to EHCP reviews and SEN planning alongside the SENCo
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach
- Full-time availability from September 2025
