- Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience and ambition
- A Sports Graduate (or related discipline) with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults
- A good understanding of Biology, with the confidence to assist in lessons
- Previous experience in a school, college or youth-work setting is highly desirable
- A proactive team player who can also take initiative when supporting learners
- A genuine interest in education and long-term aspirations towards teaching, coaching or similar pathways
