Immediate Start – Support students with SEND across Level 2 and Level 3 Sports courses

Sports Graduate – Teaching Assistant – Sixth Form College – Central West London – Immediate Start Are you a Sports Graduate eager to support young people in achieving their academic and personal goals? This exciting opportunity at a Sixth Form College in Central West London will see you making a meaningful difference by supporting students across Level 1, 2 and 3 BTEC programmes, as well as contributing to Biology lessons, where your subject knowledge will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sixth Form students across BTEC Level 1, 2 and 3, particularly within Sports pathways
  • Provide additional support in Biology, helping students build confidence in core concepts
  • Work closely with teaching staff to keep students engaged and progressing with coursework
  • Deliver structured academic and pastoral support, encouraging strong independent study habits
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience and ambition
What We’re Looking For
  • A Sports Graduate (or related discipline) with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults
  • A good understanding of Biology, with the confidence to assist in lessons
  • Previous experience in a school, college or youth-work setting is highly desirable
  • A proactive team player who can also take initiative when supporting learners
  • A genuine interest in education and long-term aspirations towards teaching, coaching or similar pathways
Location: Central West London – supportive, student-focused Sixth Form College
Start Date: Immediate Start, continuing until July 2026
