Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: October 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: Minimum £444.00 per week

The Role:
- Support students with autism, complex needs, and multiple learning difficulties
- Use Makaton signing and symbols to aid communication
- Assist with classroom activities, life skills, and vocational sessions
- Provide personal care and ensure students’ wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging sessions
We’re looking for:
- A Teaching Assistant with an NVQ3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Previous experience in a specialist school or college setting
- Strong communication skills, ideally with Makaton experience
- Calm, patient, and resilient individuals committed to supporting students with SEN
- An Enhanced DBS
