As a successful candidate, you will:

• Command the classroom with confidence and authority - you’ll be expected to own the room.
• Fully embrace a non-negotiable behaviour policy that ensures a calm, focused learning environment.
• Be academically strong, disciplined and receptive to direct, structured coaching.
• Hold a strong academic degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject (Russell Group preferred).

You will work from 07:30 to 17:30 daily, with a one-hour lunch shared with the school’s trailblazing students, offering a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships beyond the classroom.
