As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
- Assist in delivering the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring pupils make strong progress
- Confidently support pupils with SEND, using creative and adaptive strategies
- Promote positive behaviour and provide consistent classroom support
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO and fellow staff members
- Communicate effectively with parents, contributing to the school community
- Provide academic and emotional support to high-attaining and SEN pupils
- Apply your subject knowledge and initiative to improve learning outcomes
