Inner London salary £40,317–£62,496 (MPS/UPS)
• Teach Art across KS3–KS5
• Progress 8 outcomes consistently above the national average
• Strong GCSE Art results with a high proportion of students achieving grades 5+
• Purpose-built art studios with access to specialist equipment and resources
• Well-structured curriculum with clear progression across KS3–KS5
• Consistent behaviour systems that support focused learning
• Regular CPD and structured support for staff development
• Collaborative leadership team with a clear focus on high standards
As an Art Teacher, you will:
• Join a creative department emphasising technical skill development and independent artistic exploration
• Deliver a KS3–KS5 curriculum sequenced to build confidence, refine techniques and develop creative thinking
• Support students in preparing effectively for GCSE Art
• Engage students across drawing, painting, sculpture and digital media
• Work with motivated and engaged pupils who respond well to high expectations
The successful Art Teacher will:
• Hold UK QTS and a recognised teaching qualification
• Have strong subject knowledge across Fine Art or related creative disciplines
• Demonstrate the ability to support students of varying abilities and achieve strong outcomes
• Be suitable for both experienced Art Teachers and ambitious ECTs
