We are looking for a passionate ASD Support Assistant to join our ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated secondary school in Barnet.

Role Overview | ASD Support Assistant
As an ASD Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
• Collaborate with SENDCos, teachers, and SEN staff to ensure students' needs are met.
• Promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students.
• Help students develop social, communication, and life skills.

 
About You | ASD Support Assistant Role
We are looking for an ASD Support Assistant who is:

• Patient, empathetic, and proactive.
• Experienced in supporting students with ASD (desirable).
• Able to build positive relationships and support students to achieve their potential.
