An inclusive primary school in Harrow is seeking a compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant to support students with ASD in a positive, inclusive environment.

ASD Teaching Assistant | Role Overview:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD, ADD, and ADHD.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to implement tailored strategies.
- Promote social, communication and emotional development for students.
- Promote an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued.
The ideal ASD Teaching Assistant:
- A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
- Patient, empathetic and proactive in supporting students.
- Experience with ASD (desirable but not essential).
- Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
