Aspiring Teacher | About the Role
As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with small groups and individual students to boost progress.
- Develop your own teaching skills through mentoring and professional development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community through afterschool clubs, interventions and school wide initiatives.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about education and eager to learn.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Holds (or is working towards) a degree in a relevant subject.
- Is keen to train to teach and pursue Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
