Aspiring Teacher | About the Role
As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with small groups and individual students to boost progress.
• Develop your own teaching skills through mentoring and professional development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community through afterschool clubs, interventions and school wide initiatives.

Aspiring Teacher | About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about education and eager to learn.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Holds (or is working towards) a degree in a relevant subject.
• Is keen to train to teach and pursue Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
