Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students in Spanish and/or French across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver focused 1:1 and small group tuition to strengthen language proficiency and exam preparation
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify and address learning needs
- Assist with the preparation of lesson materials and track student progress
- A recent graduate in Spanish and/or French from a top university
- Genuinely passionate about languages and pursuing a career in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in explaining language concepts clearly
- Reliable, adaptable, and a proactive team player
- Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is highly desirable
